Our Members

The Hybrid Learning Institute was formed in 2011 as a partnership of K-12 educators, university experts and private companies to promote transformational models of blended learning.

Dellicker Strategies is the lead consulting firm to HLI. HLI support 110 schools planning or implementing hybrid learning programs. (see map and list of participating schools, below).

The only private school participating, uses the hybrid instructional model for ninth grade students in the core subject areas.
Ben Franklin Elementary School
Second and third grade students use the hybrid instructional model for math.
Crestwood High School
Uses the hybrid instructional model in select high school math classes, with 50 students participating.
Dallas High School
Uses the hybrid instructional model in select math classes, with 120 students participating.
Dallas Middle School
Uses the hybrid instructional model in select language arts, social studies and science classes.
East Pike Elementary School
Students in third grade use the hybrid instructional model for math.
Garden Spot Middle and High Schools
More than 350 middle & high school students use the hybrid instructional model.
Hallowell Elementary School
Students in second through fourth grades use the hybrid instructional model for math class.
Hatboro-Horsham High School
More than 350 ninth and tenth grade students use the hybrid instructional model for math and world languages.
Hazleton Area Academy of Sciences
Uses the hybrid instructional model in select math classes.
Hazleton Area High School
Uses the hybrid instructional model in select high school math classes, with 60 students participating.
IU23 at Jarrettown Elementary School
Uses the hybrid instructional model in the emotional support program for students in Kindergarten through third grades in the core subject areas.
Keith Valley Middle School
More than 250 seventh and eighth grade students use the hybrid instructional model for math classes.
Lebanon High School
The whole school (1,300 students) uses the hybrid instructional model in core subject areas.
LIU Alternative Learning Center
Uses the flex hybrid instructional model in sixth through twelfth grades for students (who are not succeeding in a traditional setting) in the core subject areas.
Lower Dauphin High School
Thirty students are using the hybrid instructional model in their core curriculum.
Manheim Central High School
Uses the hybrid instructional model in biology and physics.
Manheim Central Middle School
Uses the hybrid learning instructional model in fifth through eighth grades (625 students) in math and social studies.
Manheim Township Middle School
Uses the hybrid learning instructional model in seventh and eighth grade math classes.
Mid Valley Secondary Center - Middle School
Over 400 seventh and eighth grade students are taught using the hybrid instructional model in math and for 'at risk' students in reading.
Pennypack Elementary School
Students in second through fourth grades use the hybrid instructional model for math class.
Pittston Area Intermediate School
The whole school (780 students) uses the hybrid instructional model for math and reading.
Pittston Area Primary Center
More than 500 Kindergarten and first grade students use the hybrid instructional model for math and reading.
Pottstown High School
More than 400 students use the hybrid instructional model for Algebra and Geometry classes.
Shanksville-Stonycreek School District
Students in seventh, ninth and tenth grades use the hybrid instructional model for language arts. Eighth and tenth grades use the hybrid instructional model for social studies.
Simmons Elementary School
Students in second through fourth grades use the hybrid instructional model for math class.
Spring City Elementary Hybrid Learning School
The entire school (140 students) uses the hybrid instructional model across the core subject areas.
The Anderson School
Students in sixth through twelfth grades who need academic and behavioral support use the hybrid instructional model.
West Side Career & Technology Center
Uses the hybrid learning instructional model in math and science (434 high school students.)
Wheatland Middle School
Uses the hybrid instructional model in select middle school math classes, with 40 students participating.
